PRECLEANING
Preclean parts or surfaces throughly by spraying or flushing with a CR 60 Cleaner-Remover.

 

 

 

 


PENETRANT
Spray CR 50 Penetrant on surface to be tested.Allow b

REMOVAL OF PENETRANT 
Remove surface excess penetrant with clean cloths or paper moistened with a

 

CR 60 Cleaner-Remover. DO NOT spray or otherwise flush penetrant away with cleaner as this operation will impair sensivity of the system.
 

 



DEVELOPER
Shake CR 70 Developer tin intesively before use.Until mixing balls are completely free.
Spray CR 70 Developer on object thinly and evenly from aprr. 5-25 cm. Distance.

 

Surface crack will show red.Recommended developing time 5-15 minutes.



INSPECTION
You can inspect under the sun light or sun light equivalence lamp with.

FLAW CONTROL WITH APPLICATION OF FLUORESCENT MAGNETIC PARTICLE  

 
WHAT ARE MAGNETIC PARTICLE ?

UV Fluorescent magnetic particles are obtained by coating an organic polmer which has fluorescent feature the surrounding of a magnetic core.The diameter of magnetic core is between approxmately 0,4-1 mic.When they are grinded with coating layer,the ideal particles size distribution is mix of 3-8 mic.particles.When these particles are lightened with UV-365-425 nm. Wavelength of light, they radiate severely and selectively in yellow,green or red.This condition causes them to become more visible.
 
 
 
 
 

WHAT IS MAGNETIC TEST?
When electricity is given to ferromagnetic materials which can be magnetized, a magnetic field which cuts the direction of electric currentvertically,this magnetic current flows as straight lines and if this magnetic current encounters space or interruption inside the metal or near the surface,it continues to flow archly above and below of this discontinuity (Figure 2).
 
 
 
 Magnetic particles which are dispersed inside the water or suitable hydrocarbon carrier are poured to the surface while the material which is to be inspected is magnetized. The particles whih are inside the poured liquid move towards poles, the magnetic current gushing out from where discontinuity exist cause loss of a field and particles heap together at this point. Even the smallest capillary fractures can be seen clearly and vividly, for this conglomerationis seen much bigger than the original shape and size of discontinuity.

FEATURES OF MAGNETIC PATICLES AND CARRIERS:

MAGNETIC PARTICLES:
They should have very bright colour radiation under UV-Light,high magnetic permeability,ideal particle size distribution and high coating resistance.

HYDROCARBON CARRIER:
It should be cololess, odorless, and have high flash point and neutral form whic does not contain sulfur, halogen and acid and also also it should not fluorescence under UV-Light.

CONCENTRATED CARRIER REPLICATED WITH WATER:It should consist of high level of corrosion inhibitor (80%), and have low concentration effective wetting agent and foam inhibitors without silicone and biocides which don't contain nitrite and it should be at low pH values (8 - 8,5).
